My research focuses on extreme-scale high-performance computing (HPC) applications. I specialize in optimizing and developing core HPC kernels using parallel languages, quantum computing, and machine learning. A key focus of my work has been developing a portable drug discovery platform for urgent computing scenarios. As part of the LiGen team, I contributed to the largest virtual screening campaign ever conducted on a modern supercomputing center. My work helps build a computing platform that leverages the power of supercomputers for large-scale drug discovery campaigns.
